How Do I Contact You?♡ I am mostly active on Twitter/X. If you have any questions about commission slots, updates, or queue, please DM me there! I also accept discord dms @ "Melonguts". A link to my Trello W/ my queue will be linked below as well as my Twitter for contacting purposes.
How Do I Pay?♡ I specifically accept PayPal Only at the moment! I may accept giftcards from time to time, but those slots will be specified on my socials!I take payment AFTER the sketch is provided. Once the sketch has been reviewed, I will not continue until the full payment is received.Please note that if you fail to pay after the sketch is sent and/or you ghost communications, you will be asked to pay UPFRONT if you ever ask to work with me again. I have the right to blacklist you if I feel you have stolen/tampered with the unpaid sketch.
Refunds♡ After payment is received, I have a strict no refund policy. Up to the point of payment, there should have been an approved sketch given! The payment is my way of knowing you agree to what I have provided.If a refund is requested AFTER I have started to finish your project, you will be blacklisted.If you ATTEMPT to file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and I may make a beware post to warn other artists in the community of your behavior.
Edits/Changes♡ In the sketching phase of the commission, you are granted free unlimited changes! Please request all changes at once if possible. Asking for changes one by one may warrant additional charges for my labor.If you require something changed AFTER the sketch was approved, each additional change is $5.
Posting/Distribution♡ After a finished commission, you will be provided 2 images. One unmarked version for PERSONAL use and a watermarked version for PUBLIC use! Please use the watermarked version for reposting! Please add credit using my handle "@melonguts" when reposting.You can not make a profit off of my art unless we have spoken privately. I offer commercial use packages for my work for an additional charge of 100% of the original price. (Ex. $5 headshot with commercial use package = $10).Using my art for commercial purposes without paying for the package will result in legal action.I have permission to post your commission, and use it as examples unless you specifically say otherwise.
Art Trades & Collabs♡ I rarely have art trades open, but I may occasionally open them on my social medias. Please do not contact me asking for an art trade if I have not announced they are open.If you would like to collab either for art or streaming, please watch out for posts where I am looking for that!
